the rooms were clean and spacious! cleaning staff were fantastic. they kept the rooms well stocked with toiletries and linen changed daily. the pools were fabulous and my kids loved the slides! staff always monitored safety.

The air con smelled really bad! it was like gutters, so i could not use it. they didn't provide fans. I had to buy one. the lack of food for such a large hotel was shocking. there wasn't much on offer at all. there was no food outside of meal times, no ice cream.

I found the hotel had everything i needed. i especially liked that food was always available, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late afternoon snacks. our room was clean, tidy, and included a safe, a definite plus for keeping valuables secure. the staff were perfect. They helped us out from start to finish with no request too big.

the shower in my room could use a small update (purely cosmetic, though).

i received a suite with a balcony because they didn't have the initially booked room. i was always able to find a sun bed by the pools as they weren't too busy. the drinks bar is open until 11pm which is great. fresh fruit was also available at meal times (i really loved the melons).

i had another lovely stay. the hotel is immaculate. staff were friendly. i loved the food. the presentation was always beautiful. i used the free shuttle into the city center every morning and spent the afternoon using hotel facilities.

Solid choice for a family stay

I find the pools very enjoyable and very big. The slides was fun, but there exist a height restriction for the main slides. The food are okay and I do find a lot of fresh salad. I use the hotel's taxis to get around because there is nothing nearby the hotel.

Some of the older restaurant staff seemed unhelpful. This did affect my experience.

The family room have adequate space and they are cleaned daily. Cleaning staff is very good and they restock the rooms with toiletries. Linen are changed every day without me asking.

The hotel is not close to many attractions, I use taxis for transportation. The hotel arranges taxis when I request them. I waited about 20 minutes to get to the medina, because it is a bit far from the hotel.

The food include a lot of choices, thus I find something I liked. The pizza are good and I enjoy the salad bar. I did see different food choices throughout the days I was there and the staff always refill.

The staff always try to. Some of the older members are less approachable. The entertainment staff is very active and they keep the place alive, I enjoy it.
